Kavita
Born and raised in India, Kavita’s journey with yoga began naturally watching her parents roll out their mats every morning and learning from teachers who shared not just technique, but wisdom for life. Over the years, yoga became her way of coming home to herself. Her classes reflect that spirit: authentic, intuitive, and deeply connected to breath and inner stillness.
She is trained in multiple styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation, with further studies in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Sound Healing, Mantra Chanting, Pranic Healing, Aerial Yoga, and Pilates-inspired movement. With over eight years of experience and more than 6,000 hours of guiding students, Kavita’s classes are grounding yet expansive, where movement, breath, and sound flow together naturally.
A sutra that continues to guide her path is:
“Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ” — Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
For her, yoga isn’t performance; it’s presence.
